What we do

A path, not a list of services.

Validate → Enter → Develop → Grow. Each stage builds on the one before it, and you can start wherever you already are — from "we're not sure Switzerland is worth it" to "we need boots on the ground now."

1
Validate

Market Validation

Before any commercial commitment, we confirm the opportunity is real. This means an initial read on whether your product qualifies as a medical device under Swiss rules, a competitive landscape review, and a canton-by-canton read on where your product category has genuine traction — and where it doesn't. You leave this stage with a clear, evidence-based view of whether and where to proceed.

2
Enter

Market Development

We build your pipeline: identifying and approaching the hospital groups, procurement committees, and clinical champions most relevant to your product, in the languages and regions that matter. This is relationship-building work — introductions, first meetings, and positioning your product correctly for a Swiss clinical and procurement audience.

3
Develop & Grow

Commercial Representation

Once the pipeline is live, Alpine acts as your local commercial arm: managing relationships, running the sales process, and providing ongoing account support — all without requiring you to establish a Swiss legal entity or hire local staff on day one. As volume grows, we help you plan the transition to a direct Swiss presence if and when that makes sense.

How engagements start

Most clients start with a free conversation about fit.

Booking an Assessment gets you a direct conversation about whether your product has a real opening in Switzerland, and in which cantons. If there's a fit, many clients move into a paid Market Validation engagement to get a documented, evidence-based answer. From there, some move straight into Market Development; others use the validation on its own to inform a broader European expansion plan.
